Owen Fu
Owen Fu’s paintings exist in a space where emotions take shape, manifesting as fleeting figures and shifting forms that resist definition. His linework, intuitive and unrestrained, transforms everyday objects into animated presences—part creature, part memory, part subconscious apparition. These figures emerge spontaneously, not as fixed representations but as fluid expressions of feeling, inviting viewers into a world where time, identity, and emotion dissolve into painterly gesture. In Fu’s work, the act of painting becomes a conversation—sometimes playful, sometimes melancholic—where meaning remains open, and the familiar takes on an uncanny, living quality.
